Problems with rs (obviously)

ok i just got back into rs and now wich ever world i go to i get logged off at random moments,first i thought it was just swift swich then i played rs on rs main site and it still logs me off randomly.
Can anyone tell me whats wrong?

Edit:the reason is not cause im afk,when i get logged off i am active and not afk.

Logs you off automatically as in your wcing or something and it logs you out? If you havent touched the keyboard or mouse in about 2-5mins then it automatically logs you off seeing as your afk but if thats not the reason then damn, i cant help you there

i know i get logged off when afk but im active when i get logged off im clicking so it cant be that.
it freezes me for like 5secs and logs me off no mater what im doing.

Bad connection maybe? I have no idea why it would other than your computer cant support it or something.

About how long does it take for you to log out?

And if there is no other outside reasons for this to occur, then you can contact Jagex Customer Support.

Maybe u need to scan for viruses in ur computer or something.

sounds like a trojan virus... thats what they tend to do and also instal wierd programs on ur computer

ya i played it in ie and firefox i have both o.o
and its totaly random on when it logs me out sometimes 20mins sometimes 5mins and sometimes i cant event get past the startup screen..
god i hope its not a virus :shock:

yes that happened to me. The problem is "bad connection"
the game freezes , then it logs off.Same happened to me
