yo imn trying figure out wut to do about minning carts/ how to use them basically and also was wonder how to get to Keldagrim's Mining Sites

Mining carts are simple to use. Just simply mine an inventory of coal, and use one piece of coal with the cart. It all automatically gets deposited, and you repeat. The hold 140 coal I think.

Once the cart is full, walk or tele back to seers and start unloading your cart. Just search any of the carts in the little house with carts in it and you will get your coal. Noone else but you will be able to get the coal you mined.

^yes, the cart can hold 140 coal, that's exactly 5 trips of 28 coal. In order to use it you must have completed the Dwarf Cannon quest.

Is Keldagrim that underground dwarf city? I don't remember then having good mining spots, except for that one with lots of gold..which also requires another quest..

to get to Keldarim use carts network. I usually go to the one in the pass north of Taverly. You need to pay like 200gp for the ride.

hey is the dwarf cannon quest hard or is it easy?

It is easy. There is nothing hard about it.. It might take 15 minutes.
