I saw a post that a jagex employee made in the runescape forums saying there might be a runescape president. He mentioned various suprising abilities such as banning players and bodyguards. Personally I think that they are going to screw up the game by doing this. You can view the full post here,

am reposting this because the other got locked for a poor reason, and I feel this needs to be discussed. This is not advertisement, its a link to the original thread. Also it is not a keylogger, if you notice on the runescape site it always says runescape.com at top, so I cannot link you there. Go to the runescape site and right click on a link and press show shortcut. This is how you link to that page because you cant type in runescape.com and expect to be sent to the thread.
