If the site actually existed, and it had a keylogger on it, you wouldve gotten it. Thats why you dont click on it, thats not making sure its safe, its asking for a keylogger/virus.

yes, if a site has a keylogger, and you visit it, it will be automaticly transferred to your computer.
There isnt much you CAN to do prevent such things like this, unless you are a computer genius, which i highly doubt you are.
