Since when does rules not apply to admins?

Tak warned me for "Spamming" so after many pms she came up with this brilliant reply:


Tak:Stop being such an idiot just because you got warned, you won't get suspended until another 2 warns or so. The greatest topic ever was meant to be a spam topic for people to relax in and made by an admin.


So if I'm reading this right, she can spam because shes an admin?

I can understand making the original topic, but like 5 of them is way too much.
