Since when does rules not apply to admins?

Tak warned me for "Spamming" so I pmed her and after many pms she comes up with this brilliant reply:


Tak:Stop being such an idiot just because you got warned, you won't get suspended until another 2 warns or so. The greatest topic ever was meant to be a spam topic for people to relax in and made by an admin.



So if I'm reading right, she can make spam topics because shes an admin?

Rules should apply to admins/mods as they would a normal member
I.e. An admin makes a spam topic- A normal member should.
