Rolving Elves? hard?

well ive just got 70 range and im beggining the pre reqs for the quest rolving elves. all of my freinds have been teling me to get the crystal bow. i looked into it and it seemed like a very good weapon to get. when i was looking in my quest book it said i have to defeat a lv 84 moss giant unarmed. can some one tell me if it wil be difficult for me?i have 32 def, 52 str, 50 atk, and 32 prayer (im not big on those skills, i love range ^^)

hmmm the thing that worked in some otehr quest where you had to fight somthing unarmed might work here.

there are two tricks i think. since your a range guy what youd do would be to get a bowstring an unstung bow arrow heads and arrow shafts and feathers all i nyour invantory. since none of these are weapons they wouldnt count. then once you get inside whatever the place is you just put everything together and bam you now have a bow and arrows to fight. or also i think runes dont coutn as weapons so you can just bring ruens and mage his ass off. i dunno if it works here but it worked in another quest. the one where you need to get the branch to get into the place to be able to get the d long

I've always liked the elf-crytal bows but I only see high lv archers using mage shorts for some reason.

Use Ninja's idea combined with you highest def prayer and some food and you'll be fine.

Yep ninja is right about runes not counting as weapons
