ok well i wanna start merchanting steel bars. i wanted to buy coal and iron and smith them into stell and then sell it. how do i do this so that i make a profit. ive never tryed to merch before help?

coal is max 150 ea
&
iron ore is max 70 ea ...
atleast in f2p . :?

you could sell steel bars for 500 - 600 each easily !
plus you get the xp for smithing steel bars -

yeah, ninja, that is a good way of making money, just spend it all on ore, and then smelt, smelt, smelt. i might start doing that. and we can make a business or something.

herbs are the best to merchant.

There are tons of people in world 2 selling unids for 1k ea.

All the rannars are 7k ea and all the unids above that are called "high unids" and bought for 2k ea. Double you money or better buying hundreds at a time. There is a certain amount of risk involved and you have to judge what purchases to make otherwise you'll end up buying hundreds of useless gaums and other "low unids" without getting any good ones. I think you can figure it out from there :) If you need more help PM me though.

sadly i lost my membership about a month ago. so until i get that back i cant do that/ its F2P merchanting for me until then. thast why i wanna merch so i can save up to replace all the mem items i had to get rid of when i turned f2p

couldn't you just sell your member items and have their equivalent value in cash while your f2p?

no i wasnt playing rs when my membership expired so when i came back i was already a frp and had all this stuff in the bank so i had to just drop it. most of it was useless but id still say i had to get rid of like 200k worth of stuff

well i used to merchant in this way when i was f2p , i got a guy buying limp wurt for 500ea , i bought limp wurt for 250- 300 and sold to him >< i once sold 2k limps !. ( i get rare chance of getting them coz most peoples dont sell it ) but now all are buying for higher prices :( so i rarely do that merchanting now a days( i told u my secret now :( ) and by the way can u help me get rid of lag i really have a big lag now a days in all servers
