if you havnt done anything you dont have to worry
you have to had been talking for example to even be reported for language
so as far as i know you woould have nothing to worry about if you were not doing anything.
I had a dude in fally bank that kept typing that i scammed him out of his guthix helmet (just because i walked in in full guth) and he was going to report me lol I had just tele'd in from crandor. I just laughed and ignored him.

Reporting sends Jagex a snapshot of the person's last 60 seconds of trading, pm-ing, and public chat. If you didn't do anything wrong Jagex will know and will automatically take action against the false-reporter.

ok here I just reported you for autoing ok. I did not tell you that I reported you. now jagex looks at my report (chances are i wouldnt even get warned for the autoing one) throws it out. you are free

now I report you for asking for real life details or something like that. Jagex sees it you just asked what time it was or something. Jagex will goto the reported and warn/band/mute or whatever.

speaking of which! I told someone togoto runehq while I was in the game i got reported and warned so be careful with that

Player reports on autoing don't really work. Jagex has programs that detect most autoers and they hunt them down without using the help of other players.
