Two things:
1) Wrong forum...this should be under Runescape Help!
2) Give us some details...range level...f2p/member...current equipment?

We'll get back to you when you post those details!

make arrows... train on low lvl monters, becasue they have low defence, so u hit higher= more xp per arrow.

ALWAYS wield the best equipment, and bow.
iron arrows is good for training.

Yeah, what Soul said, we need a little background information on your character's stats in order to help you.

Runescape Username -
Current Range level -
Current Range level goal ( What level you want it at ) -
Current Runescape status ( F2P, or P2P ) -

After you fill in those details, we might be able to help you out a little more.

Range is impotant because black d hide is a great pk armor. High range, mele, and magic bonuses plus its only like 40-50k a set also light. The cheapest way to train would be to buy xp in pest control or just pick up all your arrows.

Ok if you want to train range for fast xp there is no other way then pest control. If you want to make several mil a week get to level 60 range and train on blue dragons when you get to 70 range "try" red dragons and now from 85+ train on blacks. Another option is get 80 range and take on green dragons with level 70-80 defense. For F2P I dont really know how to get good xp in range
