Are you talking about silk..if so you can get it in al kahrid at the silk trader north of town 8)

ok I am sure you know where Varock is if not just look at the Map of runescape and it would be near the edge of the brown stuff toward the right hand side. Now that you know where that is :D go north east of Varock by the lumber yard there is a guy standing south of there and he sells Cloth bolts
