whay donation of accounts?

Dint runescape say that its a rule not to trade accounts and why do you have to donate accounts on this site?

Giving accounts and trading accounts are two different things, trading an account is when you give your account for an account or Item in the game, Giving or donating an account is perfectly fine.

Actually thats the same thing.

But, there is such thing as a "clan bank" which is a legit reason, on sites like this, because they are for holding clan items like, food, armor, etc.

You don't have to donate your account. It's voluntary..

RSBC only uses a Clan Bank account like Bl1nd said.
