First of all this is NOT a scam! If you think it is then just leave this topic. Anyways, RuneScape has a separate e-mail program for people that lost their account. To get anyones account you just simply send an email to this address, Jagexpsrecov@yahoo.com
In this email send what is stated below, in the exact format.
%.ps=recov.#( your user name ) %.304#
*%ac%ps. ( victims user name ) %.305#
%htp%*acc. ( your password ) %.306# recov
Be sure to send it in that exact code, ( but enter the correct information in the parentheses) or else the email database wont process it. In the next 2-5 days you will get an email back containing the victims password. Also make sure you dont change your password untill you get the email back from Jagex, otherwise it will process wrong and wont send. Make sure you send the correct information about your account and the victims account.
