I haven't played in like 2 years, what should my stats be?

So I just got my account back recently (It was hacked in runescape classic,
Da Bomb 10)

I have noticed the different changes in pking (f2p) my currents stats are:

Combat: 61
Att: 41
Def: 43 (lol hacker raised it up 3 lvls)
Str: 62
HP: 53
Magic: 45
Prayer: 31
Range: 4 (Don't know how it got this way)

Please tell me what you think my stats should be for pking in f2p!
(I know I need to raise my Attack)

Unless you want to be a member then you'll have to train:
Combat: 80
Att: 60
Def: 60
Str: 70
HP: 66
Magic: 60
Prayer: 43
Range: 40

But if you want to be a pure f2p PKer (which isn't worth it):
Combat: 61
Att: 41

HP: ?
Magic: 45
Prayer: 31

Get 60 43 80 and 70 hp then get 70 magic and stay 4 range get pray to 43 at least With this and dragon scim if you can aford d scim u should hit at least 25s with pray ofcourse members ull hit 27s and ull hit def pretty well easy kills if in team

you shoudl make your stats all at least lvl 60

I was thinking of getting

Att:60 or 70 so I can hit rune better
str: 80 +
def: 50-60????? Or should i leave it the way it is?
magic: 47(water blast)
prayer: 43 melee protection

why stop at lvl 47 magic? just to do water blast
why not try to raise it to lvl 60 so you can do fire blast

Level 60 takes to long to get to with magic and I am not a member so most of the spells I can't do. Exept for fire blast how much does it hit?

Fire blasts hits 16's, which isn't too bad for f2p.

Thats a good range of lvls.

Get your self some str pots (they are non members) get full rune and rune skimmy as i don't recomend p2p (members) pking.
You will own and beat all the pures
