high alchemy need help

I hear rune meds can be bought for 10k and alched for 12k...?

I also hear a lot of yew/mage shortbows get the same treatment.

meds go for 11.5k

well, rune meds and steel plates are pretty much the only well known items that can be high alched for some sort of profit...though nats have gone up in price, so not a good way if you want big money...i just do it for magic xp every once in a while

it really depends how much cash you got on runescape and if you can make your own nats. I mainly hi alch steel plates, mage longs and yew longs everynow and then. Since the price of nats has sky rocketed its not very useful to hi alch. I recomend simithing and mining since the price of steel bars are incresing slightly
