help with error_game crash someone please

ever this the last update(the game engine change one)
when ever i log in after about 10 seccons i get logged out and get sent this msg:

Error_game_crash - A problem has occured whilst running the game.
This game has encountered a problem and cannot continue running.

iv cleared a cache over 30 times and got nothing the only way i can play is in unsigned java and that has like a 1k ping can any one help me out here ?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

hmmm...? i cant help ya... if jagex cant help ya nobody can..... soz.. w8... mayb its ur internet connection sumtimes i try to get on rs and the same thing happens....my pc is laggy... thats y i think it happens 2 me........ mayb u need 2 defrag ur syetem that makes it alot faster go 2 the start bar down at the bottom left hand side and hold ur mouse over all programs then highlight accesories with ur cursor theeen u go 2 system tools and there should b sumthing that says "Disk Defragmenter" click that then a screen will pop up and click analyze if u dont neeed to defrag ur system i dont know what 2 tell u another thing could be a virus mayb some1 hacked ur pc or sumthing idk.... but u do need good virus protection programs i can reccomend Mafee Scurity Center for viruses and for ad ware get the program Ad-Aware SE Personal by lavasoft other than that idk what 2 tell u
