3. I have done a few Quests xD

rock crabs are good xp per hour and so are yaks or you could do experiments
i like range so i know mostly about there training spots hope i could help

nonmem go to hillys or moss giants mem go to chaos druids

Do more quests. There's a good section on the RuneScape wiki that lists quests by experience rewards.

As f2p, I like to train at the Stronghold of Security. It's a good p2p area too, but it doesn't take full advantage of your membership. Train at yaks, maybe, but that's always stupid crowded. Taverley Dungeon has a nice selection of monsters.

But I gained like 8 combat levels from quests alone. Those are your best bet, depending on how many you've done.
