i need help gettin 70 def im at 66 almost 67
any ideas on what to kill???

It depends on if your P2p or F2P,

F2P: Hill giants, Ankou's, Moss giants.

P2P: Cockroach Soldiers, Lesser Demons, Blue (or Green) Drags. <-- Some of these are F2P, but its on p2p, Cuz you have better armor, weps and stuff..

im 68 def now so i need like 120K xp quick... how much xp i get with soldiers???

Harder monsters doesnt mean more xp.
Sw is fine. You can try anikus with salve (e)... you proprably can't do armored zombies for now. Drags arn't really good xp, they are crowded and they use dragonfire...
There no reason to go blue when you can go with green.... green = easier to hit...
