If you don't mind not picking up arrows, go to hobgoblin point (by the crafting guild) and standing where the cows are, then pwn those hobgobs.

Fleshcrawlers, they hit for max of 1 in the stronghold lvl 2, se corner, they auto for 15 mins.

You could make money while you range at ankous, they are in lvl 4 stronghold and they had some safe spots.
