cursing is the cheapest way for sure. if you have lunar spell book humidify (lvl 68 mage) is also cheap to cast and pretty fast to lvl up. but if youve got some cash to throw around then using fire bolt + chaos guantlents from the family crest quest on something like iron dragons is good exp and can also make you good money if you get a good drop

I got 70 mage by high alching green dragon vambs, and green dragon bodies. You could alch something else, like Trozi did something. I'll have to ask him, but you will lose some money if you high alch stuff, but it is faster, then sitting there cursing stuff
