It just means that your reputation points have gone under zero because some people disagreed with some of your post in the past. I would read some of the rule for a future reference so you don't get another red reputation bar. Here is a guild to help you understand reputation;

It means that you have received some amounts of bad Reputation, for various reasons (Spamming, advertising, flaming, plagiarism etc.). If you start following the Rules, then it will go to green.

Just ignore it, people -rep you for silly things that they don't agree with or are especially sensitive about something you posted. Rep really doesn't get you much except for the ability to -rep people. I am pretty sure i will get -rep for this post.
