How many ways are there of hurting yourself or killign yourself are there again?

Oh yeah, and in soul wars, can you get hit by your own team's retribution?

I know in Castle war, their retribution doesn't hurt you, so I'm guessing it doesn't hurt you in Soul Wars, either.

And I think that exploding potion you can make is one of the few ways you can hurt yourself without the help of another person or monster or obstacle.
