hi im a new member and i saw people on the mini map but they where blue instead of white!!!! any 1 know y? :D

It's to do with the team capes that they wear. If you're wearing team cape 19 for instance, and another player has the same cape, they appear blue on the minimap.

lol, yeah... my cousing (bloodmagi90) was playin rs over at my house and he had just got members... he was wearing one of the yellow team capes and when he went to seers village he was like "holy crap, there are a lot of mods in that bank"... i got a good laugh in telling him that the blue represented people who wore the same team capes...

and if you see people in the wild with blue dots, then you can't attack them with left-click. you have to right-click and then select attack, that is so that you don't accidentally attack any friends.

True,,, probably the best part about them... ( I used to think they looked cool until the fateful day that i got my obby cape) is the fact that they make it better for group pking in the wild...

yeah i would say that the obby cape is much better than any wild cape.
anyways, what are the stats of the wildy capes?

same as the regular capes. i think 2 def on crush, 1 def on stab and 1 on slash. or sumthin like that :P
