Wearing full desert robes (bottom/boots/top), how long will a waterskin (4) last you? as in how many minutes is it between each drink?

I am about to powermine granite from 51 mining to 60 and am trying to figure out what sort of waterskinage i will need.

I don't know, and I think you shouldn't powermine that with waterskins. Spend time to get the enchanted water tiara? A few more quest points won't do any harm. [right?]

I don't think I can answer your question, but I do know an alternative for granite mining. Here's a different place to mine granite. Picture below. (Just in case you have really bad eye sight):laugh:

It should be just as good for power mining, if not better. Anyways, where I circled it is where the granite is, and the blue line shows how to get to the bank from there (Just in case you wanted to bank them for some odd reason). If you need more information on where it is here you go. It's east of Varrock, west of Morytania (did I spell that right?), north of the dig site, and south of the wilderness.

If you ask me, training in the dessert is too dangerous.

Oops sorry lol. I always get the two mixed up. Never mind don't go there. (Could have sworn it was granite) Well, if you want to mine limestone you can do that.

It will probaly last 30 mins to an hour, BUT

Yannle is a good place to mine iron and bank, EXTREMELY close to the bank and about 1k xp per load I think? Realy fast!

He wants to powermine. As in mine ore and drop it. You can do with iron but granite is much better.

Yes but, I Personaly think its faster to bank it instead of dropping o.O Less hand cramps also :)

Has a point. Its only a few clicks to store full inventory, and 56 clicks to drop a full inventory. Also you might as well make some money if you can make it that fast.

Thanks for suggestions but from most guides i have read powermining granite is supposedly the fastest mining xp since each piece is 50-75xp and has 8 second respawn. Got to 60 mining last night easily, I still don't know the exact time a water skin lasts though, can last up to 20 mins i think though.
