When I reach lvl 66 magic, should I use this spell right away to train?
If so, where should I train it?

Its Vunerability. And its a lower attributes by 10% spell.
I tend not to use those, I mainly use the combat spells. But whatever you think levels you quicker. Good choice on correct section.

I wouldn't use that spell. I would use a spell 10-15 levels lower spell than the level 66 Spell. Maybe you should High Level Alch? I went from 55-60 in like 2 hours?

Wear a staff to safe runes and rest put up torags or dhide armor and csat; you'll miss but you'll still get xp. I think. It's like curses.
