quest help please

hey,
What quests give xp lamps, or lamps with high attack and runecraft ((can be seperate)), that a level 83 could do.

I think on runehq, on stats it tells you what quests give you experience. Or is it zybez...

This page shows what quests give what xp and in which skill. Also which quest you can chose where your xp goes i.e lamps. Good idea is to do penguin hide and seek for a free choice of xp.

Even though you said close thread plox, I'm still gonna post, sorry, or whatever.

I've seen lvl 80-90 do while guthix sleeps, they told me it wasn't hard for them and it gives 4 lamps giving 100k exp each I believe?
