I am afraid you will have to buy one to get one. They were dropped in christmas crackers in december of 2001 i believe to celebrate runescape's first ever members server. They are now very expensive starting at the yellow one at around 40mil i think and going all the way up to 230mill which is the blue p hat :mrgreen:

i got 3 friends with blues they all got em long ago lol...allso got a friend whos brother played when they were droped,quit.2 months ago gave his old account to my friend....a cracker was in his bank and a green....i was pissed -.-

yeah, p hats aren't anything amazing to see.. i have a couple friends who wear full drag with red p hat instead of d med... i asked them if they had any more and one of them showed me a full set... with duplicates of red and blue so yeah... in the big bad member worlds.... you see rares more often

Party hats are a waste of money sense all the do is represent that you have alot of money or have been playing for along time. By barrows armor and stuff that you could actually use before u by a rare unless your merchanting it.
