This thread is very important, and I created it to clear up all the confusion over Henry. Henry is doing a perfectly fine job, and he is referring to the RSB staff on his decision making. This is not a one man operation, but a group effort to get these boards finally running like they should.

All moderators that have been banned were banned for good causes believe me. Recently RSB has gown down hill. The maturity of our members is just plainly horrible, we hold no accountability for a family ordinated forum, and simply members are disrespectful to everyone including the staff members. The staff members that have been banned were opposed to the plan, they weren't willing to make comprises, and a certain few even threatened to send virus's and hack the site. Therefore, any oppositions or threats to the well being of RSB have been weeded out. The staff is now all on the same page, and everything is falling into plan as we want it to.

Onto the two new mods that have been added to our staff. We are currently undergoing voting on new moderators, but anyone who is opposed to the current ideas will not be considered. We cannot ban anyone, but anyone who goes to extreme measures to have it their way, action will be taken. The mods anguss and john are just temporary. They are not permanent. They are just there because Henry needed some extra mods with how the boards are right now. All this spam, over a small problem. He knew they were very trustworthy people due to the fact that he knows them in real life, they are his friends. Again all this has been discussed in the staff. Again I assure you the proper voting process is under way.

Now, onto the adult section and the New Rules. In our attempt as the staff to make this a family friendly site we have created new rules. These rules do not go against RSB rules in anyway whatsoever, they all are derived from the original rules, but they will be enforced accordingly. With the recent stir up in the staff, with the banning of mods, we may not be cracking down on these as much, as we are trying to recover and get everything back into order right now. Further more, the adult section has been created because we don't want to make the forums a drag, we want to create forums for all ages, but we don't want explicit content of any kind viewable to young children. People who are deemed mature enough to handle the rules and follow them accordingly will be granted access to this section. If you fail to follow the RSB Rules then you will be denied your access to this section, even if you are allowed in. Any infractions/ warning whatsoever will get you permanently banned from this section. This rule will be enforced within a week, and applies to anyone with over 500 posts.

However, we are cracking down on the rules, read the "New Rules" in the announcement section to understand what you need to do.

Furthermore, we need to know that everyone is in agreement with these rules, and these actions that are being brought upon RSB to create a more family environment. It is very important that anyone with disagreements come forward, but within a week or so all disagreements should be resolved and RSB will be on it's way to a safer, more fun, more friendly, family environment.

Simply Rker was about to bann Henry, and Henry was truthfully striving to make RSB better. It's strange how things can just turn and suddenly change. Someone you thought you could count on, just suddenly tries to stab you in the back and destroy all your efforts to do good... just so they can have power and control. The world's a horrible place, people are constantly being controlled by greed. This is what happened to Rker. Greed for control, greed for power. I'm really hoping this is a joke, but I'm losing faith in that theory as time progresses.
It's one thing to implement new rules, crack down on spam, stuff like that. I was a member of a forum that had more spam than it did reputable posts. It's a great thing to fix that.
But all of these radical changes--appointing mods that have been here no more than a few weeks? Sure, Henry knows them in real life. But is he really going to speak out against his friends? Favoritism is not fair to anyone.
And the banning of people for speaking out against the mods. What is this, Communism? So what if we don't support your decisions! It isn't about you! It's about doing what's best for the board and BANNING some of the most well-liked members--particularly admins and mods--is not good! Banning anyone who speaks out against the ruling class is only going to split the population--those who support the rulers to save their neck, and those who truly see the corruption. This is a fine example of corruption.

Unlike many members of the forums, I will not be leaving with anything short of a ban, which if I am it will be most likely undeserved. I have never spammed nor abused another member. We appointed the mods because we needed mods. Have you not noticed all the spammy posts, posts against what we are doing. 3 mods and an admin can't handle that. We needed two more, and due to the fact that we knew they would follow henry we implemented them for the time being. They are just temporary and will be removed as soon as this ordeal blows over. We are also currently voting on new mods.

Furthermore you are correct, this change is not about us. It's about the explicit content on these boards. If you haven't noticed a lot of our members are younger children or younger teens. We have only banned people who have used foul language, and those who simply said that they weren't going to follow the rules.

Furthermore, the "rules" are not new rules, that's why people got banned. When you signed up for RSB you checked a box that said you agreed to abide by the rules. The staff became extremely lenient on the rules, but now we are cracking down. Only thing that has change is our perception on how this board needs to be run, and if you don't agree with the RSB rules then you simply are immature, cannot follow rules set out for you, and don't need to be here plain and simple. I skipped your statement about banning the mods and Rker. Simply put, they didn't want to change. Rker tried to bann Henry, failed and in return he got banned. Furthermore, the moderators that were banned did not want to enforce the rules of RSB, and said they wouldn't follow them. This isn't a good quality for a moderator. A mod should be enforcing the rules, not rebelling against them. Also, like I said threats by the staff were made. These threats endangered the well being of the forums.

No one is going to ban you for speaking your mind, however if you curse and go on a rant about how you won't abide by the RSB rules then yes you may receive one. Understand we haven't changed the rules, we are simply just going to finally enforce them.

Tell me, sirkill30, which exactly one of these says speaking out against the rules is wrong. It says no disloyalty, which it seems you are very good at following. I may not exactly be loyal to Henry, but I am loyal to RS Boards. I refuse to pledge my allegiance to a moderator, whether I like him or not. At least, I will not pledge to them as an administrator/moderator. I will pledge to him/her as a friend, but certainly not because of their position.
I will remain loyal to the Boards and nothing else. In that respect, I will respect the moderators and their decisions, follow their rules, no matter how I disagree.

Rker was against Chris's rules that he established for RSB. Rker didn't want the staff to abide by them, he dis-regarded them. Henry opposed his views and wanted to carry out the rules. if Chris was here the staff would be more like what Henry is trying to do. This is what Chris wanted. We haven't created new rules, we are just enforcing the original rules. Something that Rker did not want to do.

Rker wanted his own power, he was about to ban henry and few of us that were pushing for the rules. Luckily we were informed, and Henry banned Rker before he could do any damage to RSB. The staff was corrupt.

I was warmly welcomed.
I found some topics.
I earned some GP.
I bought name color effects.
I bought my avatar privelege.
The switch happened.
I got free priveleges.
I found nice topics.
I stayed on the forums.
I was really active for a couple of months.
I quit for half a year because of stupid forum jokes.
I rejoined.
I replied to legitimate topics.
I dealt out +/- rep.
I made someone really happy.
I liked how things were being runned.
People who were active with 100+ posts were being mature for the most part.
I saw Henry was the new Admin.
I congratulated him. My next visit, Henry ****s everything up.

^No, it is an accountable reason to ban someone for disrespecting/flaming an Admin. They are just about the highest, and most valued, rank there is in RSB. They promote Moderators, make change, and keep a clean, safely flowing environment for everyone to enjoy. They disregard spamming, flaming, offensive material and disrespect. They ban players for special reasons, that's why they were promoted to Admin.

And F.Y.I, I am NOT a suck-up. I am just telling the truth. Will miss those who were banned though. But, it was for the best.

In conclusion, if this isn't a joke, then I'm no longer going to come here. I doubt this is real, because I know the power of Rker. The swear filter. Censorship is for pussies who want to feel like they have control over people. Make an option that by default bleeps out curse words. Give the option to the people(providing they agree to a disclaimer they are over a certain age) to be able to turn off the swear filter.
