JUST FOUND OUT THAT I LOST MY MAIN!!!

wow, i just found out about 15 minutes ago that i lost my main. i typed in my recovery answers exactly how i put them there, and they try to tell me that they "didnt match closely enough." so now i sit here, waiting, probably all for nothing. i do have one question that i really need help answering:

What site was it that got their passwords stolen?

they say that this happened, and i am a member of two forums, this and rsboards (sorry if thats against the rules). maybe a mod might know the answer to this question. but please, help me, and wish me luck as i try to helplessly get my 2+ runescape years back

Well it depends on how long it was since you last played, because it takes 2 weeks or something like that for the recovery questions to change.

Regarding the passwords, that would only be a problem if you use your RS password for whatever board was hacked. (I don't believe it was this one.)

Moral: never use your RS password for anything else other than RS!

well dude #1 find out if its anyone from your school or neighborhood. #2 has it been 7 days since it was stolen or more? # 3 next time right down all account information when you make it so you can easily solve this problem

Did you try to mail jagex or something? Btw, your recovery questions can be reverted back to the old ones..You have two weeks to do that.

you need to try and rememeber all of the recovery questions you had before and think if you ever used anything else there. and just try more times.
